Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Build Beyond Hightech LLC (“we”, “us”) about your use of EveryRole, at https://staging.everyrole.dev (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you use it for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you may do so.

2. What EveryRole does

EveryRole opens your web app in a real browser from our servers, explores it as the kinds of user you describe, suggests end-to-end tests, runs the tests you add, and checks which kinds of user can open which pages. It works from the outside, like a user: it never needs your code.

Results are an aid, not a guarantee. A passing test shows that a check worked at that moment; it doesn’t prove your app has no bugs, and a result marked “couldn’t check” means we could not tell either way.

3. Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.
• You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else got into your account.

4. The apps you point EveryRole at

• Only apps you may test. You confirm you own each app you add, or have the owner’s permission to test it in this way. The Acceptable Use page applies.
• Only test accounts. Give EveryRole accounts made for testing, never a real customer’s account. You may give it test data to type; never give it real people’s personal data.
• Actions have effects. Tests click and type like a person. Exploring never saves forms, but a test you add may change data where you allowed it. Use “never click” words for anything that spends money, deletes data or sends email, and prefer a staging copy of your app when you have one.

5. Plans, credits and payment

• Work is counted in credits: exploring, running a test and checking a page’s access each use some. The pricing page shows the plans and what each kind of work costs.
• A plan’s monthly credits renew each billing period and don’t carry over. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire. Anything EveryRole couldn’t check because of a problem on our side gives its credits back automatically.
• Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record, calculates sales tax or VAT and issues your invoices. Its terms apply to the payment itself.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Your content

What you add (app addresses, tests, settings) and what the Service records for you (screenshots, videos, results) stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the Service for you: to store it, process it and show it to you and the people in your workspace. We don’t use your apps’ content to train AI models, and we don’t sell it.

7. Our service

EveryRole’s software, design and name belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or resell the Service, get around its limits, or use it to build a competing product.

8. Changes and availability

We improve the Service all the time and may change or remove features. We aim to keep it available but don’t promise it will never be interrupted. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you by email or in the app before the change applies; if you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.

9. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, and if you are a consumer in the EU or UK you keep the rights your local law gives you.

11. Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because you pointed EveryRole at an app you had no right to test, or broke these terms, you will cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

12. Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your data as described on Data Deletion. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk; unless the breach is serious, we warn you first.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to its courts. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of your own country’s mandatory laws and may bring a claim there.

14. The rest

If a part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not giving it up. These terms, with the pages they link to, are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
