Data Deletion
How to delete your apps, your account and everything we keep.

1. Delete one app
Open the app, go to Settings → Delete app, and confirm. Its tests, results, screenshots, videos and test accounts are deleted at once.
2. Old results go by themselves
Results, screenshots and videos older than your plan’s history (7 days or 30 days or 90 days or 180 days) are removed automatically.
3. Delete your account and everything in it
Go to Settings → Your account → Delete your account, enter your password and confirm. At once, we delete your account and the workspaces you own, with all their apps, tests, results, screenshots, videos and test accounts. Workspaces you only belong to keep going without you.
If other people still use a workspace you own, or its paid plan still renews, the page asks you to remove them or cancel the plan first, so nobody loses their work or gets charged by surprise.
We keep only what the law makes us keep, such as invoices for tax, and nothing else. Can’t sign in any more? Write to us at the postal address above.
4. Get a copy first
You can open and save any result’s screenshots and videos from its page, and ask us for a copy of all your data in a common format before you delete it.
